Comparative Market Analysis

A Comparative Market Analysis is a report that compares similar homes within your and surrounding neighborhoods. These homes are either listed currently or have sold in the past six to 12 months. This analysis compares details of the homes, like square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, garage, etc, and includes comments, along with a calculation of price per square foot. All this information gives the seller an idea of how to price his or her own home.
